Robyn Rihanna, better known by the name of Rihanna in Barbados is an Barbadian musician and singer who has given us popular songs such as Pon de Replay Umbrella SOS and Take a Bow. Rihanna is an extremely well-known artist with more than 41 million albums worldwide and over 150 million songs. Her parents are originally from Barbados as well, and she began singing when she was a teenager. In the wake of being disturbed by chaos of her family life and constant disputes with her father she became immersed in music. Soon after, she realized that she was meant to work as a professional. The group she formed was a musical one at the age of high school and had the opportunity to be a part of a musical production with Evan Rodgers who was highly impressed by the teenager's talents. The singer moved from the United States to New York so that she could continue her full-time performing career. Rihanna's debut album was a hit and she was acknowledged as a star in the music industry. her sultry foot-tapping tracks quickly became a favorite among teens, which led her to get into film too. A beautiful young woman with a great talent, Rihanna is now regarded as one of the most popular teens and is a style icon.
